Ground Meat Stroganoff

You'll Need

  • 1/2 cup minced onion
  • 1 clove garlic, minced*
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 pound ground meat
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 (8 ounce) can mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup sour cream

 onion and garlic in butter over medium heat. Stir in meat and brown. Stir in flour, pepper and mushrooms. Cook 5 minutes. Stir in soup. Simmer uncovered for 10 minutes. Stir in sour cream. Heat through.

Serve over noodles
