Red Caviar Dip

You'll Need

  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 green onions, very thinly sliced
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp plus 1 tsp chopped fresh chives
  • 1/4 cup plus 3 tbsp salmon caviar, drained, gently rinsed

 Mix sour cream, green onions, lemon juice and 1 tbsp chives in medium bowl. Gently fold in 1/4 cup caviar. Transfer to serving bowl. (Cover and refrigerate at least 6 hours and up to 1 day.)
Sprinkle dip with remaining 1 tsp chives and 3 tbsp caviar
