tropical chicken salad

You'll Need

  • 4 cups chopped cooked chicken
  • 1 can (15oz) pineapple tidbits, drained
  • 1 can (11oz) mandarin oranges, drained
  • 1/4 cup chopped celery
  • 1 jar (2oz) diced pimento, drained
  • 2 tbs chopped green pepper
  • 1 tsp grated onion
  • 1/2 cup unsalted cashews
  • 1/2 cup peach yogurt
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise

  Combine everything except mayo and yogurt; set aside. Combine yogurt and mayo; add to chicken mixture; toss. Chill 3 to 4 hours
