Cranberry Bread

You'll Need
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 2 tablespoons frozen orange juice concentrate
  • 3 tablespoons shortening plus boiling water to make 3/4 cup
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup nuts
  • 1 cup cranberries, cut in half
Mix all ingredients together. Grease and flour 1 large or 2 small loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees F for 45 minutes
